Ken Russell's rambling film version of DH Lawrence's novel following the coming of age of Ursula (Sammi Davis), a young woman living in rural England in the early 1900s. The film follows her unfulfilling sexual relationships with both men and women, as she seeks a relationship that can compare with the ideals she has created in her imagination. Drama, also starring Paul McGann, Amanda Donohoe and David Hemmings. Part of the Summer of British Film season
