Movie (1969)
Uneven drama, directed by Francis Ford Coppola and featuring Shirley Knight as a harassed housewife who turns her back on domestic drudgery and takes to the open road with a simple-minded football player in tow. While Knight gives an excellent performance, the direction and plot leave a lot to be desired, and even support from James Caan and Robert Duvall can't make it tick
