Jackie Chan reprises his role as the energetic Hong Kong cop in this action comedy sequel. Despite his success at fighting crime, his unorthodox methods lead to him being demoted to traffic duty. Meanwhile, an old enemy has been released from prison and is determined to get revenge. Fast-paced but disappointing adventure, enlivened by the star's trademark daring stunts.
