Synopsis:
Period thriller, starring Ben Whishaw as an unstable young 18th-century perfumer who becomes dangerously obsessed with his work. When he impulsively strangles a young woman, it marks the start of a grisly killing spree, as he uses his skills to preserve the scent of his victim's bodies.
