Movie (1977)
Based on a tale by Edgar Rice Burroughs, this adventure features prehistoric monsters, raging volcanoes and a harassed Patrick Wayne, who is trying to rescue his marooned naval officer friend (Doug McClure) from a forgotten civilisation. Fans of Star Wars might want to keep an eye out for Darth Vader actor David Prowse, who appears as an executioner. A sequel to cult classic The Land That Time Forgot, directed by Kevin Connor, maker of other low-budget fantasies At the Earth's Core and Warlords of Atlantis
