The story of musician and bartender Troy Duffy whose dreams appeared to have come true when in 1997 he sold a film script to Miramax - with a deal to direct the movie himself and for his band to provide the soundtrack. But things went spectacularly wrong, as the company pulled out of the project and the would-be film-maker alienated friends and industry contacts alike with his abrasive behaviour
