Synopsis:
George Burns is on fine form in this rib-tickling comedy, playing God. The omnipotent one decides it's time to prepare for the Second Coming, but he needs a messenger on Earth to pave the way. Step forward mild-mannered supermarket manager John Denver, who's soon causing consternation with his outlandish claims. He's too adamant to be dismissed as crazy though, and it's not long before he's challenged to prove his story in a court of law
