Synopsis:
Slushy romantic drama, starring Richard Gere as a Navy recruit whose relationship with a mill worker is forced onto the sidelines by a tough, uncompromising sergeant seemingly determined to keep him down (played by charismatic Oscar-winner Louis Gosset Jnr).
