Zany con-man Groucho Marx tries to persuade a female millionaire to invest in a cash-strapped opera company. All manner of hilarity ensues as a host of crazy characters collide in this inspired classic comedy, cited by many as the best of the Marx brothers' films. Chico and Harpo also appear, while their cohorts for this outing including Kitty Carlisle, Allan Jones and Groucho's regular verbal sparring partner Margaret Dumont
