Two maverick cops set out to topple a drugs baron who has transformed an apartment block into a seemingly impregnable fortress, but reckon without the villain's determination to stay out of jail - leading to explosive confrontations. Hard-as-nails action thriller, the impressive directorial debut from Mario Van Peebles. Wesley Snipes heads the cast as the crook, while Ice-T and Judd Nelson are the lawmen. Chris Rock and Allen Payne co-star.
