Self-possessed criminal psychologist Rebecca De Mornay falls in love with sexy stranger Antonio Banderas, then finds herself targeted by a sinister stalker : could they be one and the same person? Peter Hall's thriller ends up being little more than an overblown potboiler, with increasingly ludicrous twists and naff dialogue : although fans of Banderas should watch out for some rather revealing moments.
