Movie (1944)
Classic family drama, starring Elizabeth Taylor as a girl who dreams of entering her horse in the Grand National. Anne Revere appears in an Oscar-winning role as Taylor's mother, and Mickey Rooney plays the former jockey who sets the ambitious youngster on the path to success. It may be a bit dated, and the story's a touch far-fetched, but it's still more than capable of making viewers feel all warm and fuzzy
