The evergreen story of Henry Higgins, a professor of phonetics, who bets his friend Colonel Pickering that he can teach cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle to speak like a duchess. This award-winning musical, based on George Bernard Shaw's play Pygmalion and winner of eight Academy Awards, stars Audrey Hepburn, Rex Harrison and Stanley Holloway, and while it may be a little too long, it's lost none of its magic over the years.
