Mystery offering an alternative take on Sherlock Holmes, as the ingenious sleuth attempts to put a stop to Jack the Ripper's campaign of murder. However, a group of conspirators are determined to keep the serial killer's identity a secret. Christopher Plummer and James Mason head a star-studded cast as Holmes and Dr Watson, alongside Donald Sutherland, John Gielgud and Genevieve Bujold.
