Steven Spielberg's fact-based thriller, which charts events following the kidnapping of 11 Israeli athletes during the 1972 Olympic Games. When a botched rescue mission leaves all of the competitors dead, the Israeli authorities seek revenge, ordering agents to find the terrorists and kill them. But as the search for the abductors intensifies the idealistic leader of the assassins begins to question his nation's reaction. Eric Bana, Daniel Craig, Ciarán Hinds and Geoffrey Rush star in the acclaimed film which was nominated for five Academy Awards
