The authorities in a bankrupt European state set up a fictitious space programme to generate quick cash from investors. Funds from America and Russia soon arrive to help them put a man on the moon, but events heat up when they discover their national export - wine - makes excellent rocket fuel, launching them into the space race for real. Satirical comedy sequel to The Mouse That Roared, starring Margaret Rutherford, Ron Moody, Bernard Cribbins and Terry-Thomas
