Synopsis:
An American playwright living in Germany is recruited to become a spy for the Allies, and takes a job as a Nazi propaganda minister to obtain secret information : but in the aftermath of the conflict, he is indicted for war crimes and can't prove where his true loyalties lie. The ever-watchable Nick Nolte heads the cast in this thriller adapted from Kurt Vonnegut's novel, which also stars Sheryl Lee, John Goodman, Alan Arkin and a young Kirsten Dunst
