A Monkey's Tale
Movie (2000)
Animated adventure, set in a jungle where the monkey population is divided into two tribes - the tree-dwelling Woonkos and the land-based Laankos. An inquisitive ape hits adolescence and begins questioning ancient tribal traditions of living separately - a move which prompts him to pack his bags and head out into the big, wide world. Poor-quality film, despite an impressive voice cast including Matt Hill, John Hurt, Michael York, Rik Mayall and Michael Gambon
