The Missouri Breaks
Irish bounty hunter Marlon Brando is called in to dispose of a gang of cattle rustlers led by Jack Nicholson, and becomes increasingly obsessed with finishing the job no matter what - even after he's fired. It's a bizarre Western adventure from director Arthur Penn, which failed to create a stir at the box office - but makes for fascinating viewing thanks to the clash of egos between Hollywood heroes Brando and Nicholson. Harry Dean Stanton, Randy Quaid, Kathleen Lloyd and Frederic Forrest co-star.
