Synopsis:
An FBI agent heads for a seedy hotel in downtown LA to investigate the death of a billionaire's son, determined to discover whether it was murder or suicide. However, the assorted bizarre characters living there prove to be less than helpful to his enquiries, leaving him with no real leads.
