Movie (2001)
Petty crook Brad Pitt finds himself stuck between a rock and a hard place when his Mob boss demands that he smuggle a cursed gun from Mexico to America, much to girlfriend Julia Roberts' displeasure. Events soon spiral out of control - especially with 'sensitive' hitman James Gandolfini (who steals the film from under the noses of the Hollywood heavyweights) hot on their trail. Staccato comedy thriller which, given the big-name leads, ought to have been a lot better than it is. Gene Hackman, JK Simmons, Bob Balaban, David Krumholtz and Michael Cerveris co-star
