Movie (1970)
Nail-biting wartime thriller offering an unusual perspective on the oft-explored subject of PoWs. Brian Keith stars as an Irish prison officer specially sent to help foil a wily German inmate who's plotting to escape from a Scottish internment camp - along with several hundred of his countrymen. Director Lamont Johnson does a fine job of keeping things moving at a brisk pace, while Ian Hendry, Helmut Griem, Patrick O'Connell and Jack Watson number among the solid supporting cast.
