Movie (2005)
First in a double bill of Woody Allen movies. The director turned his gaze from New York to London for this acclaimed romantic drama. Jonathan Rhys Meyers stars as a tennis instructor who gets engaged to the sister of a wealthy client. However, he soon becomes attracted to his future brother-in-law's girlfriend, a seductive American actress, and their clandestine affair proves to have tragic repercussions. Allen's first film set in the UK is a much darker affair than expected. Scarlett Johansson, Emily Mortimer and Brian Cox fill out the strong cast
