A toy manufacturer agrees to do his bit for the war effort when the American government want to use his factory to produce munitions - but when they try to get him to spearhead a campaign to 'Buy Bonds not Toys' for Christmas, he faces a dilemma. He fears it'll result in the loss of the festive season at a time when people need it most - so plucks up courage to battle the decision.
