Movie (2003)
Based on a real events, Madame Sata tells the story of the popular Brazilian figure, Joao Francisco dos Santos who was a convicted street fighter, bandit and transvestite as well as the adoptive father to seven children. Known as Madame Sata, Santos was a well known gay performer who pushed social boundaries in a volatile time.
