Unnerving thriller, starring an emaciated Christian Bale as a factory worker suffering from chronic insomnia who hasn't slept in over a year. When his fatigue causes a tragic accident, his co-workers turn against him, while a series of strange messages around his flat plunge him into intense paranoia. He becomes convinced that the key to the bizarre events surrounding him is a mysterious co-worker - but nobody else believes he exists.
