Movie (1997)
Down-on-his-luck would-be author Ewan McGregor plans to get even for losing his job by kidnapping his boss's daughter (Cameron Diaz). Meanwhile, two angels are assigned the seemingly impossible task of making the unlikely duo fall in love - and decide nothing is more likely to bring them together than a little jeopardy. Fantasy adventure from the Trainspotting team, also starring Holly Hunter and Delroy Lindo. It's far from being a career best for any of those involved, but McGregor and Diaz are a gorgeous and likeable pairing, and the imaginative storyline makes it an engaging offering in the style of classic screwball comedies
