Synopsis:
A former cavalry officer's three sons get involved with an attractive woman - but as their rivalry reaches boiling point, tragedy looms. Strangely old-fashioned period drama, starring Anthony Hopkins, Brad Pitt, Aidan Quinn and Julia Ormond. Director Edward Zwick delivers a good-looking but flawed drama which is bound to generate a tear or two. Look out for a grown-up Henry Thomas, perhaps best remembered as the lad in ET, as Pitt's younger brother Samuel
