A teenager marries her mechanic boyfriend in an attempt to escape from her overbearing parents. Their romantic dreams are shattered though when the new husband forms a close bond with a homosexual motorcyclist. Gritty drama, which was considered to be extremely controversial at the time of its release, starring Rita Tushingham, Colin Campbell, Dudley Sutton and Gladys Henson. Part of Hidden Lives Week
