A deluded failed musician tries to develop a new career as a manager, and hopes to get a rapper on the bill at an Arctic Monkeys gig. He persuades a film crew to document his efforts, but his arrogance and bitterness threaten to derail the plan - especially as he faces up to his ex-girlfriend's happy life without him.
