Movie (1960)
An ageing ocean liner is on one of its last journeys when an explosion in the boiler room leaves it at risk of sinking. While the captain struggles to decide whether to abandon ship and the crew battle to avert disaster, one passenger embarks on a mission to save his wife, who is trapped in the wreckage, before she's drowned by rising water. Classy melodrama, with director Andrew L Stone expertly cranking up the tension, starring Robert Stack, Dorothy Malone, George Sanders and Woody Strode
