Movie (2005)
Michael Pitt stars as a troubled rock star, loosely based on Kurt Cobain, who goes into hiding in his isolated mansion to avoid the pressures of fame and human contact in general. As he attempts to escape the various friends, hangers-on and record company executives searching for him, he seeks solace from his personal demons in the woods before contemplating suicide. Gus Van Sant's haunting film also stars Lukas Haas and Asia Argento
