Kill Bill: Vol. 2

The second part of Quentin Tarantino's revenge thriller, starring Uma Thurman as The Bride, who continues her relentless efforts to exact a suitable vengeance on those responsible for the attack which left her in a coma for four years. But little does she realise that Bill, the man behind the assassination attempt and her one-time friend, has a surprise waiting for her. David Carradine, Daryl Hannah and Michael Madsen co-star in a film that is more rooted in character-based drama than the heart-pounding action of Volume One. Fans hoping for more martial arts slicing and dicing may find it an anticlimax, but in its own way it's just as effective, with Carradine making a suitably charismatic villain as the infamous Bill.
