Jesus Christ Superstar
Norman Jewison's exuberant musical about the life of Christ and his disciples, based on the hugely-popular Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice stage version. The rock-inspired opus depicts the final days of Jesus through the eyes of his confused colleague Judas. Ted Neeley throws himself into the dusty sandals of the lead role, with sterling accompaniment from Yvonne Elliman and Carl Anderson.
