Vietnam veteran Tim Robbins suffers a series of terrifying visions in which he is plagued by grotesque, nightmarish apparitions - then discovers his old Army buddies are having similar experiences and sets out to investigate, despite his increasingly fragile grip on reality. Intense psychological chiller which quickly won a cult following - despite being dismissed by many critics. Director Adrian Lyne's attention to detail makes events all the more creepy, while co-stars Elizabeth Pena, Danny Aiello, Matt Craven and Macaulay Culkin give solid performances.
