Kenneth Branagh directs and takes the title role in this epic version of Shakespeare's play, updated to 19th-century Denmark. The tale follows the efforts of a prince attempting to take revenge on his uncle and mother, who betrayed his beloved father. The cast also includes Kate Winslet, Julie Christie and Derek Jacobi, with cameos from Charlton Heston, Billy Crystal, Robin Williams and Ken Dodd
