The niece of masked killer Michael Myers saves her baby from being a human sacrifice and leaves the infant in the care of a man who as a boy survived an encounter with the maniac. When Myers comes looking for the child, he turns to the murderer's nemesis Dr Loomis for help, and together they discover the supernatural cause of Myers' drive to kill.
