Teenagers Charlie and Justin have been lifelong friends and head up a gang that makes a living through petty theft. As they face up to adulthood, the group starts to drift apart, and while Justin has no ambitions beyond a life of crime, Charlie hopes to make something more of himself, earning the resentment of his friend.
