Synopsis:
Helen Hunt stars as a penniless 1930s socialite, notorious for her indiscretions with other womens' husbands, who flees her shady past for a new life in Europe, and settles on Italy's Amalfi Coast. She strikes up a friendship with a newly married young man who helps her regain her standing in society - but their closeness is soon mistaken for a scandalous affair. Comedy drama, based on Oscar Wilde's play Lady Windermere's Fan, also starring Scarlett Johansson, Mark Umbers and Tom Wilkinson.
