Synopsis:
A would-be writer in the 1960s is committed to an exclusive psychiatric ward by her parents after attempting suicide, but the move seems to cause more problems than it solves. This emotional drama follows the same lines as One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, but lacks both the subtlety and power of that classic offering.
