This documentary is set on the streets of Cite Soleil, the slum area of Haiti's capital Port-au-Prince. The densely populated location is considered to be one of the nation's poorest and most dangerous areas. Asger Leth's film explores the society's problems under the rule of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide, before he was forcefully removed from office in 2004. Events are viewed through the eyes of two gangster brothers, a wannabe rapper and an aspiring politician, whose job it is to help quash any opposition to Aristide
