Richard Attenborough's mesmerising multi-Oscar-winning biopic boasts a glittering cast, including Ben Kingsley - who scooped an Academy Award for his amazing performance - alongside John Gielgud, Edward Fox, Candice Bergen, Martin Sheen, Richard Griffiths, Saeed Jaffrey, Om Puri and Geraldine James, with Daniel Day-Lewis in an early role. Winner of five BAFTA's, including Best Actor for Kingsley and both Best Director and Best Film for Attenborough.
