Movie (1992)
Wartime test pilot Mel Gibson is devastated when his sweetheart is left in a coma after a road accident. Unable to cope with waiting to see if she wakes up, he volunteers to be a subject for a cryogenics experiment. But while the plan is for him to be frozen for a year, he ends up being on ice for 50 years, until two boys discover him. The youngsters' mother helps him adjust to the strange new world he finds himself in - and romance soon blossoms. Old-fashioned romantic fantasy, with Jamie Lee Curtis, Elijah Wood and George Wendt.
