Freelance undercover agent Steven Seagal is hired to transport a mysterious package from France to Germany - with absolutely no idea what it contains. However, he soon finds out that a lot of people want to make sure it doesn't reach its destination and he has to fend off assassins, CIA agents and a sinister industrialist to complete his task. Convoluted action thriller, co-starring Max Ryan, Sherman Augustus and Anna-Louise Plowman.
