A radio DJ is plunged into a deep depression after a listener embarks on a murderous rampage, apparently in response to one of his broadcasts. Reaching the end of his tether, he decides to kill himself - only for his life to be saved by a mystical down-and-out, a former historian who enlists his help to search for the Holy Grail. Terry Gilliam's stunning, deeply emotional offbeat drama, starring Robin Williams, Jeff Bridges, Amanda Plummer and Oscar-winner Mercedes Ruehl.
