Movie (1970)
Strangely affecting drama from award-winning director Joseph Losey, following the struggle of two escaped convicts as they attempt to elude capture in an unidentifiable totalitarian country. Robert Shaw and Malcolm McDowell play the fugitive duo, virtually carrying the film between them, as they encounter strange characters and a troop of unstoppable soldiers during their bizarre journey. Desolate landscapes and taut dialogue help boost the tension in this highly unusual offering. Pamela Brown, Roger Lloyd Pack and Tariq Younus also appear
