The evil mastermind is left aghast on his 168th birthday when a hapless henchmen spills his youth-preserving elixir, forcing Fu Manchu to set out in search of the rare ingredients to make a new batch. Creating mayhem on the way, his criminal quest comes to the attention of Scotland Yard, who put his nemesis Nayland Smith on the case.
