Whoopi Goldberg plays an undercover narcotics cop assigned to find dealers peddling a new drug which has lethal effects on would-be users. It's a shame director Tom Holland decided to try to disguise the many weak points by simply barreling through the action at breakneck speed - a strategy that doesn't really work. Comedy thriller, also starring Sam Elliott, Brad Dourif, Ruben Blades and Harris Yulin
