Movie (1996)
Robert De Niro plays an unbalanced baseball fan, an osbessive loser who takes hero worship to extremes while attempting to help San Francisco Giants player Wesley Snipes get over a recent slump - but it's not long before the sports star realises his new friend is seriously disturbed. This thriller looks good on paper, but director Tony Scott ended up churning out a mishmash of stylised film footage and obvious twists. Ellen Barkin and John Leguizamo co-star
