Synopsis:
Biopic of American footballer Ernie Davis, who had a spectacular run of sporting success on the college circuit between 1958 and 1962, becoming an icon for the civil rights movement and breaking new ground for black players in the process. However, his plans to turn professional were cut short when he was diagnosed with leukaemia. Starring Rob Brown and Dennis Quaid
